A simpler plan for a single journey
The journey, explained
A one-way cab takes you from a pickup location to a destination without a booked return journey for the passenger. It can suit a move between cities, a visit with an open-ended stay or a drop before travelling onward by train or flight. The booking covers the agreed journey and stops; it does not automatically include a day of local sightseeing. One-way describes the trip arrangement, rather than a universal pricing rule. Check the route quote for minimum kilometres, allowances and other charges before deciding whether it suits your plan.

Make room for your plans
Visiting family, starting a new job or staying in another city for a while? A single drop keeps your outbound journey separate from a return you have not planned. If you later need a cab back, check the reverse route independently: the price and vehicle availability may differ.
A cab can form the road leg before a train or flight. Allow time for traffic, station access, security and check-in, rather than relying only on a route driving estimate. For airport-specific planning, use the airport taxi pages and confirm the correct terminal and meeting point.
A point-to-point journey can suit a meeting or a family visit without a same-day return. Give exact pickup and destination addresses. If the plan includes several meetings, waiting time or local stops, describe them before agreeing the fare; a simple drop may not cover them.
Travelling with suitcases can change which cab is suitable, even when the passenger count fits. Compare hatchback, sedan and SUV options, then mention large bags or a stroller. Category examples do not guarantee a particular model, and using every seat can reduce the space available for luggage.
Choose the right trip type
Start with your itinerary, then compare complete quotes. Neither trip type is always the cheaper choice.
| Your plan | One-way cab | Round-trip cab |
|---|---|---|
| Journey | Pickup to an agreed destination | Outbound journey and planned return |
| Return travel | Booked separately if needed | Included as agreed in the itinerary |
| Pricing to check | Route fare, minimums and extra charges | Time, distance, minimums and allowances |
| Often suits | A drop or an open-ended stay | A return visit or a longer itinerary |
Understand your quote
The city pair is only the starting point. Your pickup and drop addresses can change the driving distance, while the selected cab category and travel date affect the available fare. Check whether the quote uses a fixed route amount, included kilometres or a minimum billable distance. A per-kilometre figure alone is not enough to compare two trips.
Travel in the reverse direction can have a different price. Extra stops, a detour or a change to the pickup time can also change the agreed journey. Share the full itinerary before confirming, particularly when connecting to a flight or arranging a pickup outside the city centre.
Check the fare breakdown for driver allowance and any applicable tolls, state taxes, parking or night charges. Some charges may be included, while others may be payable separately under the route's terms. Waiting time and additional kilometres need their own explanation. Do not assume that a national service page's examples are the price for your journey.
Our booking flow uses the configured route fare for your chosen date and checks vehicle availability before continuing. Review the trip details, total and booking terms before submitting. Resolve unclear inclusions before travel rather than treating a missing figure as a free service.

A few useful answers
It covers the agreed single-direction journey. The route quote determines included kilometres, allowances and other charges. Check the fare breakdown and terms for exact inclusions.
There is no universal rule across routes and providers. A one-way quote may account for vehicle positioning or minimum distance. Compare the complete quoted amount and do not assume pricing covers only the passenger’s travelled kilometres.
No. Compare quotes for your dates and itinerary. If you need a return journey soon afterwards, a round-trip arrangement may suit the overall plan better.
Select one of the configured categories above and enter your cities. The booking flow checks whether a fare and an eligible vehicle are available. Example models describe the category and do not guarantee a particular car.
After choosing a cab and a supported route, the popup asks for your pickup date and time. You then continue to addresses, passenger details and booking review.
That depends on the route fare and charge policy. Review the breakdown and separately payable charges before submitting; this service page does not promise that every charge is included.
Describe additional stops in your trip notes and have their cost and timing agreed before travelling. A one-way drop does not automatically include sightseeing, detours or extended waiting.
Check the published route and specify the airport terminal in your destination details. Allow sufficient connection time. The airport taxi pages provide airport-specific discovery information.
Try another category or review published routes and city pages. The site does not create a booking or invent a fare when the required route, fare or vehicle is unavailable.
Review the booking and cancellation terms shown for your journey. Changes can affect fare and availability. Keep your reference when asking about an existing request; free cancellation or rescheduling is not assumed.
